BluefishRx User Manual
This is without doubt the best place to start. Our user
manual is very detailed and will help you to efficiently
implement BluefishRx within your practice. BluefishRx is
a complex and feature rich application. Many features will
not be immediately obvious through the casual use of the
program. The manual contains many valuable tips and is updated

Patient Demographic Data Import
Tool
Download our free Windows based patient import tool from
the following link. This tool allows you to import patient
data from your desktop. You will need to be able to export
your patient demographic data from you patient management
system in order to use this tool. Instructions and a sample
database are included. This tool is for Windows PC's only.
If you are unable to export your software from your current
patient management system we can provide software that will
import the data directly from your system. Prices for this
software start at $99 depending on the system.
Doctor and Pharmacy Data Import
Tool
Download our free Windows based Doctor and Pharmacy import
tool from the following link. Sample CSV files are included
that can be opened by Microsoft Excel. Always save the files
as CSV files. Use these files to input your Doctor and Pharmacy
information and then drag the file onto the conversion tool.
This will generate the import Palm databases. Hot sync these
databases to your handheld. This tool is for Windows PC's
only.
BluefishRx In-House Fax Server
Solution
Download our free fax server software. This is the same
software we use to provide our Rx faxing service. It is
relatively easy to install on your own hardware and will
provide you with a very robust system. If your hardware
fails your Rx's will be automatically redirected to our
servers in San Francisco for processing. If you have a fax
server installation prior to February 2005 download the
executable upgrade below.
BluefishRx Bound Emulator
The emulator can be used on a desktop PC to demonstrate
the features of BluefishRx. If you are planning a presentation
or training featuring BluefishRx the emulator is very useful.
